Dan is always a pleasure to speak with, Nick, Matt, and Katrina have been with us since 2011 ish when we switched from being miserable and felt stuck with progressive. They gave us a rate half the cost, multiplied the support, and gave priceless customer service!!! We have listed our home for sale and are trying to move to North Carolina, when they day comes, we will dread losing their office!! We have built such a positive relationship with David Varelia and his team! If you haven't called their office yet, I don't know what you're waiting for!!! They have a team NO ONE can even compare, too! They actually care and get to know their clients on a personal level!! It probably comes off as strange how much we love our insurance agents 🤪😅"

"Wrote a lengthy review and kept editing but it’s pointless. Bottom line. My rate from Jan-July 2023 until new statement for rate beginning July 24 has gone up exactly 71.5119% with no changes to my plan, no accidents, and no tickets, and that includes 3 supposed “discounts”. A 72% increase is way beyond the standard for the state of wa rules regarding rate increases. If you are wanting to know exact dollars that is $567.50-6month premium to $973.33 -6month premium. Enough said"
